First you will need one of these bad boys...
Revlon 3-Barrel Jumbo Waver
Only place I've been able to find one is at Ulta. They're only $20!
They're kinda crazy looking!
1. The bottom section will be your thickest section. You wont need to start as close to the root so it wont pucker out. Comb out and hairspray each section before you clamp. This will keep the waves smoother looking so you don't have an 80's poodle perm.
Try to the line up the waves as you work your way down
When you get to the middle sections hold the waver straight out getting closer to the root
For the top, take slightly smaller sections so you can get as close to the root as you can stand it . Holding the waver more straight up will give you more volume.
I always do my crown area straight up because I like the most lift there. Plus you dont want your hair to wave in different directions causing a split at your crown like you got some crazy bed head.
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!!!
DO NOT COMB OR BRUSH YOUR HAIR OUT! YOU WILL HAVE A HUGE FRIZZY HOT MESS AFRO THING GOING ON!
I flip my head up and down and take my fingers to try and shake it out some.
I also use lots of hair spray and scrunch it up with my hands
This is Day 1
I never crimp my bangs. I always leave them straight and do a little twist or braid and use a little flower or bow to pin them. Thats just what I like best on me.
Day 2
A lot more relaxed and natural looking. If you like this look better, turn the heat setting down and hold the clamp on the looser side.
Hope this was helpful! Feel free to contact me with any questions!

LOVE This! going to Ulta TODAY!
